My initial idea is as follows, in order to satisfy your business requirement -
E.g. C1, C2, C3 are one customer with 3 CMRs in your system.
Take C1 create a rebate agreement for this CMR
Rebate agreement uses condition technique, in the access sequence create a condition table with fields Customer group (in CMR, Button Sales Area data, Tab Sales) and Volume rebate group (MMR, Tab Sales: sales org2)
Assign this access sequence to ZBO1 (copy of BO01, calculation type = A, percentage)
Thus when ever user is creating billing document of C1, C2, C3; a valid rebate cond type shall be found. Thereby rebate % and accruals shall be calculated and accumulated in the rebate agreement.
Drawback
The sales volume shall ONLY update when billing document of C1 is created.
E.g.
Billing document for C1 created for 1000 Euros
Billing document for C2 created for 2000 Euros
Billing document for C3 created for 3000 Euros
ZBO1, with accrual 10%
Then total accrual in the rebate agreement = 100+200+300 = 600Euros
BUT sales volume = 1000Euros
This is in concept form, please test it.

My issue is that is it possible to create rebate agreement for multiple customer accounts (i.e customer group wise). At the moment we can create agreement for one particular customer account but for if the same customer is having three accounts with different names.
Is it possible that we could combine together and set a target for him? Any help would be highly appreciated.
