The pre-requisite for an order to feature in the billing duelist (i.e. VF04) is order is saved, in the cases of order related billing. Thus IRRESPECTIVE of billing block at header or item level, these orders shall feature in VF04.
E.g.
sales order blocked at header level - still shall show in VF04. When user tries to save or create a billing document, the system shall NOT able to create it and give an error message.
sales order blocked at item level - still shall show in VF04. When user tries to create a billing document, then ONLY for non-blocked items, billing document(s) shall be created.

We use Order related billing only. Some of the items on the sales order will be blocked as these will only be billed at a future date.
The issue is that although the billing block is assigned per item, they still appear on VF04.
In VF04 if you select "order related billing" it will ignore the block on the item level.
Is there any way of preventing this?
