I am having the same issue as originally described in this post. I have an item condition type that is scaled and is a group condition. My users are re-pricing by the item. The condition type is pricing based on the quantity of that single item, not the order total quantity. I will now test re-pricing at the header level and see if that makes a difference. If it does, I feel that I will have to work on a user exit requiring re-pricing at time of order save because I cannot expect my staff to re-price every order every time they create or edit an order. But the user exit solution will require me to determine which re-price option to choose -- A or B or C. We use manual condition types frequently, so while I would like to use A for the scaling feature, I may need to use C and hope the scaling works correctly.

It select the middle number and doesnt select the correct value. If i go in sales order and hit update pricing two- three times then it updates the correct value. What do i need to do in order for it to get the correct pricing the first time? Thanks | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
