Hi Balakrishna,

Just check and tell whether the system is throwing the error message, which
goes like: some CRM functionality has been performed and the system is not
able to save the document, EXIT or some CRM integration functionality has
been performed in your system.

Because what I find is an error with your sales document number? If you
clarify my doubt, I might be able to help you out.

Thanks,
Kumar.

Hi,..i checked the Analysis tab, there i am seeing pricing condition type PR00. I could not able find why the line item's value is zero. kindly suggest.

Yesterday i tried creating a sales order (OR), i tried giving the condition type PR00 manually in Go to >>Item>>conditions, there i just entered the condition type PR00 and clicked on enter. it is automatically calculated the price as per condition record maintained(VK13)

This proves that the condition record record is already maintained. kindly advise.
