Please try below - Business scenario - In a sales order, depending upon the SH To, the appropriate SR (sales rep) must be selected by the system automatically. SR1 handles business for SH1. SR2 handles business for SH2. This can be done with functionality Source. XD01, with account group 0002, create SH1. In this CMR, in button Sales Area Data, Tab Partners - give SR1 XD01, with account group 0002, create SH2. In this CMR, in button Sales Area Data, Tab Partners - give SR2 XD01, with account group 0001, create SP. In this CMR, in button Sales Area Data, Tab Partners - give SH1, SH2, BP, PY, SR1, SR2 (in configuration of partner procedure, partner function SR must be included) In the partner procedure that is assigned to the Sales doc type. In partner functions, for SR partner funct. give Source as SH. In VA01, when user creates a sales order, system shall ask - with a popup - to choose the SH To. If user chooses SH2, then SR2 shall be populated automatically in the sales order, partners (at header level). The system extracts SR information from SH cmr.

If we want the sales rep in the ship-to to have top priority to be populated automatically, how to implement that? Many thanks in advance.
