All of you, I also have the same problem in our 3PL warehouse. When we import the item from same supplier, the previous serial number is coming back to us. The problem is already that serial number is staging in warehouse. How can I solve this problem? Recently we are doing re re- create all new serial numbers for duplicate serial numbers, but it is more work for us. We have to stop this work. Please give an answer to us.

FYI:tcode OIS2 the 'serial number profile' has 'Stock Check for Serial Numbers' has 'No stock validation'. does it need to be 'inconstistencies in stock date -> Error' ? to avoid duplicate serial number, please advise |
