Let me take an example with regards to Exchange process - Normal OTC process with OR --> LF --> F2. Customer is NOT happy with the goods. 1) User creates RE order, gives reason for rejection. A SDF (subsequent delivery free) is created. In order to EXCHANGE the goods with complaint with new/other goods. Here Order type = SDF, item category = KLN, schedule line category = CP with movement type = 601 2) User creates RE order, completes return process without giving credit memo but free delivery instead. In order type = FD, the schedule line category = CP with movt. type = 601 Both above examples are of exchange of goods. And these have movt type 601. Therefore I say movt. type could be 601, in case of exchange of goods. | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
