Do you have an output record for this based on the user ID? Could be as simple as a VV11 transaction.

When orders are released in SAP from credit hold. The Customer Care Representative on the order receives an automatic notification that it has been released. We have not been receiving that from orders that New rep has been releasing. Please help.
