[sap-log-sd] XR1 not calculated

Experts,

We have adopted the UTXD/UTXE as the SD tax conditions. If a line item is rejected, we have customized so that the net value appears in the item level but would be in statistical status. All other conditions are calculated except XR1. UTXD picks up the rate (100%) from the reference UTXJ but XR1 doesn't carry a rate though chargeable.

Any ideas on how to return the applicable rate for XR1. For the same scenario, if the pricing procedure has UTXJ, XR1 picks up the rate properly from Vertex.
