[sap-log-sd] Cross selling concept

Dear Expert SD,

I have taken standards copy as like below,

OR = YOR

NORM=YORM

TAN = YTAN

I assigned customer master cross selling(B) but when I created Sales Order9cross selling ) I am facing issue NO item category available (table T 184 yor norm ytan,

Please help me with this issue
