I tested your issue, it works OK!
The condition type (ZK04) with field "Condition class = E", the proportionate value is being populated in my sales order, when I create my sales order with reference to my contract (QC).
1. VTAA, field "Pricing type" specifies how system treats pricing data when copying documents. This is G for QC --> OR, item category KMN
2. Check if the same pricing procedure is assigned to both your documents (contract & sales order)? If different pricing procedures, is your condition type in both procedures?
3. In VA02, at item level, go to Tab conditions, click on icon "Analysis", check that condition type
Test again, this time create condition type by copying K004, give condition class = E.
Please update us of your results.

I have a problem using a Pricing Condition with Extra Pay Condition Class (E).
I can insert the condition at contract level with no problem, but when I have created the sales order the condition was not there.
Is there any copy control or anything like that to solve this problem?
I have tested the same condition with Price Condition Class (B) and the pricing was copied to the sales order with no problem.
