I do not understand. What you would like to do (objective) with Userexits?

Has your implementation team done some customization using userexits?

Do you get this issue with ALL the CMRs, irrespective of sales areas? Please try testing by creation CMR for different sales area & different Co cd. & then changing field "customer pricing procedure"
