How can I print/generate the invoice?
1. In VF02, give your invoice #, press enter, GoTo>Header>Output. Do you see any output type here?
Type in Output type = RD00, Medium = 1Printout, Function = BP, press enter. What color traffic light do you see?
Save the document, again GoTo>Header>Output, what color traffic light do you see?
If red traffic light, you can highlight the line, and press icon Processing log, to see the issue at hand.
2. For output (invoice printout / fax...) to happen automatically, you shall have to determine output. The configuration steps are straight forward & condition record shall have to be created for output type in VV31.

I am trying print an invoice for testing purpose. But the 'issue output -to' function that I can access through VF03 is not working. We don't know how this system is configured here.
