I can understand perfectly your requirement....and not many question are required.
Please follow the SAP instructions in customizing to create a new partner function for pricing.
SPRO -> Sales & Distribution -> System modification -> Create New Fields (using condition technique) -> New fields for pricing.
Press the text icon (IMG Activity documentation).
Follow the steps in Example 2.

Dear all,
I will create a new partner function (Z1) and I want to add it in a condition table in order to use it in access sequence for a condition type.
The partner function is not in the Field Catalog: Allowed fields, I would like to know how to add new fields to that.
What is the field name of the partner function?
