Hi Rahul, 1. What is the business requirement? 2. Normally one does NOT create a Quantity contract from a Sales order. From a business perspective, contract could be made at the start of a year for 10,000 pallets and throughout the year release orders (could be Sales doc type = OR) made for 10 pallets per release order, with reference to this Quantity contract. 3. SAP standard functionality does not have QC from OR. But if you try to create Quantity contract from Sales order; take in to consideration that you might HAVE TO then from Quantity contract create a release order because Quantity contract does not have schedule lines activated in item category KMN (VOV7). 4. If this is for practice purposes, maybe it is OK. Having said that, for a Functional consultant understanding the logical business process flow & advising the client - sometimes contrary to their wishes, if there is a scope for efficiency - is always a good idea.
