[sap-log-sd] How to edit the incoterms in delivery and invoice when it becomes gray out/ uneditable?

Hello Experts

Please help me to understand that, how can I make the fields editable ( inco terms 2) in the delivery & billing doc, once it becomes gray out after saving the doc.
What abaping, I have to do for this?
