In VL03N, Tab Processing, field "Bill. Docs" -
1. Multiple items, with both not relevant & relevant for billing - Then Header has A Not invoiced. In this case the delivery shall feature in VF04. Bill shall ONLY be made for the line items relevant for billing.
Are you have MULTIPLE line items in your delivery (with rel and not rel)?
2. One item, with not relevant for billing - Then Header has blank Not relevant.
With 1 item line, not relevant; what do you have as Header, Bill. Doc?
3. Create billing doc, and then check VL03N, Processing, Billing Relevance - for both Header and Item level.
Header - C, completely Billed
Item - with relevant for billing - C
Item - with NOT relevant for billing - blank, Not relevant
The above is based on tests just done.
