Hi Michael, In VOV7, an item category, I put Billing Relevance = blank (not relevant). It worked OK. The delivery did NOT feature in VF04. I tried to VF01, and I got an error "Delivery NOT relevant for billing". Then I changed Billing Relevance = A (Del related). It worked OK again. The delivery did feature in VF04. I tried to VF01, and I could create a bill. 1. Check if the item category you have set as NOT relevant for billing is indeed the item category in the Sales document. (Item category assignment). 2. In VTFL check, for your item category, the copy requirement (same as standard) 0004. Yes your item category could be in VTFL, dlv -> billing; but with Copy requirements it shall get "filtered out". & not arrive in Billing Due list. 3. In VF01, try creating a bill for that order. See if system gives you an error message. I would request you to do the same test as I did, simply take item category TAN and make it NOT relevant for billing & then make OR>LF>F2 and check. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO RESET TAN, back to Billing Relevance = A. Regards,

Could be that this item category is in the Delivery to Bill copying Convtrol (VTFL) These are Free of Charge items and we don't want them to show up in VF04. | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author.
