Hi Mike, Your common "Could be that this item category is in the Delivery to Bill copying Convtrol (VTFL)" After some tests, I conclude that - Billing Relevance = "NOT relevant" takes higher priority than copy control settings (item cat, VTFL) 1. Setup copy control VTFL, for that item cateogry - with Billing Relevance = NOT Relevant; the delivery shall NOT go to VF04. 1B. Setup copy control VTFL; various values for field "Copy requirement" including blank; still the delivery is NOT showing-up in VF04 (or in VF01). 1C. with Billing Relevance = NOT Relevant; User has to manually type in the delivery number in VF01. with pressing "save", system gives error message (Not relevant for billing). 2. NO Setup copy control VTFL, for that item cateogry - with Billing Relevance = NOT Relevant; the delivery shall NOT go to VF04. Therefore, kindly check the item settings in VOV7 (Billing Relevance) & also check if the same item cat. is used in the sales order; in which relevant setting have been made. Keep me updated Regards,

Could be that this item category is in the Delivery to Bill copying Convtrol (VTFL) These are Free of Charge items and we don't want them to show up in VF04. | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author.
