The issue is resolved, below is the explanation - In V/08, pricing procedure, when a condition type has Requirement = 2, then this requirement checks - among other things - for all the condition types above it, for exclusion indicator. If exclusion for the above condition type(s) is set, then this requirement is not met. In pricing procedure, when I set exclusion indicator for K007, & all condition types that follow K007 (e.g. K004 etc.) have requirement = 2. Then K007 is processed, but K004 etc. are not processed, because requirement (=2) is not fulfilled. If I remove Requirement = 2, from K004, in pricing procedure; then even if K007 has exclusion indicator. In the sales order, K007 and K004 both are active. To conclude, exclusion indicator set in a condition (in V/06 or in VK11) does not exclude that condition but all the conditions that follow after it in the pricing procedure; if requirement for those conditions is 2.
