Dear Imran ,
The Excel files that you receive from your distributors can be used to upload the data in ALE layer. Through this the data would reach the idocs and then you can use reporting
tools, even BAPI / RFC interfaces can be used to put data in idocs/ztables and then do abap reports. This is the closest built in features that are available.

Subject: Capturing Secondary / Distributor Sales

Hi Ali,

Basically we have our primary sales where our company sells the product to a customer, this is captured as sales in SAP.

On a monthly basis our customer send sales details of how much of our product he has sold to end customers.

This is for information and planning only. So currently different customers are sending excel files on this secondary sales info, we want to record this in SAP and generate reports based on this.

I am aware we could do an ABAP Development, but before doing that I was exploring if there is any workaround we could do in standard SAP.

Thanks
