Subject: Condition record missing

Hi Sarat,

On a general note - SAP provides many "Analysis" while working, as an end user. e.g. For pricing analysis - VA02, item level, Tab[Conditions], icon "Analysis".
You can see all the condition types which are assigned to your pricing procedure. Click on each one of these condition types and read the messages. That shall give you an idea of reasons, causes of CondTyeps (not) populated in Tab Conditions in your sales order.

Go to VA02>Environment>Analysis....
Analysis also available in VF02

To understand "Update" icon, try this -
say, in VK11 you have given for condition type K005 = 15- Euros. Create a sales order, you shall see K005 = 15 - (per UoM). Save your order.
Go to VK12, change K005 = 20 -. Go to VA02, item level, Tab Conditions, click Update, choose B (Carry out new pricing) & you shall see that the discount amount has changed.

Regards,
Typewriter
