[sap-log-sd] How to retain customer list in FBL5N

Dear all,

I've a role with one transaction FBL5N. Everything is only for view in this role. The other thing what I need to do is to retain access to customer accounts only for these numbers:
3000000-3099999
3100000-3199999
5000000-5099999
5100000-5199999

How can I do that?
