Hi Naughtybudgie, Your suggestion was beneficial. Many thanks! After tests, the below remarks - 1. With condition type AMIW, sales document type RO has a "fixed" minimum Net value 2. My client (i.e. the business) requirement "maybe" fulfilled - In a way my client did NOT want to create ROs under a certain value, that can now be done. But its customers - with this configuration - would have to pay a minimum amount if they want a RO. That means, sometimes, the customers are being "forced" to pay more. 3. current Status - I have proposed this to my client & they would come back to me with their decision.
