1. field Email - Solved - In the account group ZPOS (POS / Outlet), the email field was suppressed, therefore I could not find it while create a CMR. I have done the needful, to make email field "available".
I am thinking - Why was email field suppressed for this account group? Any idea? (Outlet or Point of sales should not have an email address??)
2. Message # F2612 "Entry ZP is ignored since ZP mandatory function has been reset"
The customer master rec. can not be saved because of the above message. In CMR, Sales aread data > Partner Func.; with F4 I see 3 choices for Partner Func ZP, SE, ZS even if I take any of these choices I get the following messages, respectively -
# F2612 "Entry ZP is ignored since ZP mandatory function has been reset"
# F2612 "Entry SE is ignored since ZP mandatory function has been reset"
# F2612 "Entry ZSis ignored since ZP mandatory function has been reset"
In my partner procedure, I have ZP as cannot change & mandatory. In "Account Group - Function assignment", I have assigned ZP to ZPOS & also tried without this assignment.
Please help with regards to this error.

The bigger picture is I want a "CMR" with partner function ZP. This I shall add in my CMR SP. Then, in condition rec VV11, I shall assign output type MAIL to ZP, for an email output.
Any other way to go about sending an email to customer staff via output determination?
