If yes, but there are very little sales to other customers and/or the item is low value, then still block the batch and make more to meet other demand. If yes, and demand is high, then it would be useful to have a customer/batch specific block, as you've requested - I'm not aware of one, but if there is one and someone knows how it works then I'd also be pleased to hear about it.
