As mohit mentioned the delivery has not yet been created. go to va02 and
check the document flow or go to SE16N and check at table level also . you
can find whether order is in 'Open' Status or being processed. so, if it is
open status then you can create Delivery for the same Sales Order.
sometimes it also happens that, while creating delivery this issue occurs
due to inconsistency of Data in Tables , because of some enhancements.

When I have created delivery(vl01n),delivery document type is' LF'.
Delivery document is created with PGI, but when i am going for vl02n at that time i got a message Delivery xxxxxx does not exist in the database or in the archive. Also After PGI
stock should be reduced, but that's not happened..I need your help.
