Subject: Calculating Discounts Based on Previous Calculated Results

Hi srestucci,

From your post -
"the second discount must be calculated against the results of the first discount."

This is how standard SAP pricing is build! Thus you shall have to do NOTHING except for, in the pricing procedure, arrange the condition types in the exact manner you have sited the example.

I.e.

Base Price- $100
First Disc - 5%
New Base Price - $95
Second Discount - 2% (to be calculated against the $95 not the $100)

An interesting test for you could be to compare case 1 and case 2 -

CASE 1
Step 10 PR00 = 500
Step 11 K007 = 10% -
Step 12 K004 = 100 -
Sub total = 350

CASE 2
Step 10 PR00 = 500
Step 11 K004 = 100-
Step 12 K007 = 10% -
Sub total = 360

If after testing, you have questions; then let us know.
Also if you get some interesting findings, please share them.
