RE:[sap-log-sd] User Exits for Number Range-Region Wise

Hi SapSd,

As suggested by Eklavya, create a custom table with Region and Number range.
Here - in the custom table - you might have to add "Billing type" too.

If in this customer table you "setup" ALL the regions (of sales offices) that are being used then you can leave the field "Number range int. assignment" in the billing types (F2, G2, etc. etc.) in VOFA BLANK.

If some regions that are given in the sales order and thus the billing document that are not mapped in the customer table, then giving the number range in the field "Number range int. assignment" in the billing type in VOFA is required.

The logic in the userexit USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE, in program RV60AFZZ; should be as follows -
- for the region (field name) check the number range in the custom table
- if for the region, there is NO number range in the custom table; then take the number range from the field "Number range int. assignment", billing type, in VOFA

Thus in my opinion, field "Number range int. assignment" in billing type, in VOFA should NOT be kept blank.
Also check with the business.
