I have reactivated the CMR by changing the reason for rejection to "blank". however when i go to the conditions tab the current amounts (i.e incorrect ones) are shaded blue meaning i cannot change them . Any ideas how i can change these?

I created final settlement of an agreement, I then realized this was incorrect so I cancelled the credit note and rejected the credit memo request. The rebate agreement now has an open accrual which I cannot access as it tells me the agreement has status "Final settlement". How can I now pay the correct amount? (i have tried changing status back to "B" but it tells me the agreement has been finally settled and cant be changed.)
