Reply from jeremyaves on Jan 31 at 7:37 AM You will need to change the item category in the sales order to FREE (or equivalent). If the material is always free of charge then think about updating the material master settings to an item category group which defaults your free item cat into the sales order. If you have your main pricing condition (say, PR00) set to mandatory then you cannot have zero as a valid value. Setting an item category as always free allows the main pricing condition to be populated but adds a 100% discount to make the item zero value...

When I enter £0 and an order is placed it comes up with a message that pricing is missing. As it's not to be linked to any other material I can't set it up in VBN3. Any suggestions?
