[sap-log-sd] Special Stock Info for HU

Dear HU gurus,

How can I do 311 E movement type for a handling unit to change special stock information?
And also, for BAPI_HU_CREATE, can I enter manually PACK_MAT_OBJECT and
PACK_MAT_OBJ_KEY exported parameters fields?
