The underlying concept of "many options / solutions are possible in SAP for a particular business requirement" is true. I agree with you!
My comment was indicative of NOT all functionalities are used by every company. Sometimes companies are not "comfortable" with some functionalities.
I guess "13 ways" is just a figure of speech. Correct? ;)
