I will provide further details tomorrow once I am able to confirm a couple
of settings, however I believe the item cat needs to be relevant for
delivery and assigned a schedule line cat. Also the same item category
needs to be maintained in the delivery item category determination and copy
control setup correctly.
I will provide a more specific example tomorrow if needed.
