There are several ways to get the results you want. The solution you use will depend on the skill set of the people implementing the solution. You could have the external system also send a goods movement IDOC. You could have the picking IDOC trigger a goods movement IDOC. You could have the picking IDOC processing routine perform the PGI directly. You could do it several other ways that I haven't even thought of yet. It depends on the technique you're comfortable with.

We are doing an interface project. We will receive an inound picking confirmation
idoc from a third party warehouse. This idoc will do the picking for our outbound delivery.
we will have "PIC " as qualifier in inbound idoc.
We now want to do PGI automatically, the moment idoc is posted (idoc does the picking). we do not want to use the " PGI qaulifier" in idoc
Can someone pls advice how PGI to be done automatcially on idoc doing the picking ? what FM can be used or some structure value needs to be updated.
