[sap-log-sd] Analyze Actual Sales for Incentive Purposes

We need to breakdown our actual sales based on incentiving criteria such as Business Retention, Penetration, and Conversion. At this point I would like a solution that does not require CRM or ICM, neither of which is currently being utilized. A simple answer would be a field in the sales order header to be set by Customer Service, which would then allow our sales to be broken down by that field at any time in the future.

Has anyone done anything like this, seen any solutions or have any ideas?
