Hi Sarah,

If availability check at delivery item category level (0vlp) is not activated then delivery can be created even if stock is not available. But without stock PGI cannot be done.

mmbe -->under Finished stock there was sales order stock and sales order quantities were 2000.

I realized that finished stock has quantity of 2000. I didn't know how single sales order had 2000 quantity.

To get that material back to store i use MB1B --> 411E Transfer Posting Sales order to own in order to return stock into store. After that process its working fine

But if their were no stock then how i was able to save delivery document wrt SO without stock system did not intimate me that stock is not available I created sales order then delivery without stock.
