I have done some tests and managed to get the exact same error message.
After deleting the line in my delivery, if I create a line with EXACT same Plant & Storage location as was previously there (before deletion), I do NOT get any error.
But if I change the Storage location then I get the above mentioned error "ONLY 0 EA MATERIAL IS AVAILABLE"
The reason is that in that Plant + Storage location there are NO material available.
Thus check a Plant and storage location where the is stock for that material. And then - after deleting the line in your delivery - give the Plant and storage location that you have checked for stock, there would be NO problem.
