Could we try product attributes? We have product attributes in both customer and material master. We could activate them and as a result, only those customers whose product attributes match with that of the product attributes in the material master can buy the materials.
Kindly try it out and correct me if I am mistaken.

How to make sure that only customer which I have entered in listing can order a certain material and also he is allowed materials which are not in any listing. I have more then 1000 customers which keep on increasing and around 300 different materials. Following is just example.
Example of what I want. Say I have material A,B,C,D, E ect and customer 1,2,3,4,5 ect.What I want if I create material list using transaction vb01, customer 1 Material A, customer 2 Material A, customer 3 Material B. Material A it should become exclusive for customer 1 and 2 and material B become exclusive for customer3 only also customer 1, 2 and 3 are allowed material C, D and E as these are not in any list.
Exclusion is not working because customers keep on increasing and inclusion wouldn't work either as the customer should still have access to all other unrestricted materials.
