Yes, the status groups control this. I don't know which one you have assigned to your item categories or order types, but that's where your solution lies.
With regard to fixing the 440, find out what missing data has made these documents incomplete and update that field through MASS.

Subject: Complete Orders on V.02 Report
we having an issue in V.02 (Incomplete Orders). The Report is showing
orders as incomplete as lines are not complete, but when reviewing the
document flow the lines are delivered and Billed (see attached document
for an example). The rejected sales lines are not on the report, but we
cannot reject or change Status on completed Sales order lines. There are
440 order having the same issue (see attached).
Please advise how to fix (preferred on a mass update) and advise why
this issue happened. |
