Hi,
Not sure how to fix the current orders, but I can tell you what happened. You have an incompletion procedure that contains one or more fields which have a status group that is defined like standard status group 00. This means the documents are formally incomplete, but this incompleteness does not prevent the item from being delivered or billed.
I would advise to update the incompletion procedure to prevent this behaviour from occurring in the future. As to how to fix the 440, I'll leave that to someone else.

we having an issue in V.02 (Incomplete Orders). The Report is showing
orders as incomplete as lines are not complete, but when reviewing the
document flow the lines are delivered and Billed (see attached document
for an example). The rejected sales lines are not on the report, but we
cannot reject or change Status on completed Sales order lines. There are
440 order having the same issue (see attached).
Please advise how to fix (preferred on a mass update) and advise why
this issue happened. |
