It is difficult to believe that by Click on button Update, 2 to 3 times system is populating correct values.
This is not how the system works.
I have tested this and it works well / ok.
1) Check the units of Calculation type and scale base type. Are they compatible?
2) Delete the condition record and create a new cond record, delete the old / unsuccessful condition record.
Please convey the results of your tests.

I have maintained scale in pricing condition.
It select the middle number and doesnt select the correct value. If i go in sales order and hit update pricing two- three times then it updates the correct value.
What do i need to do in order for it to get the correct pricing the first time?
