Sap Sale Module: RE:[sap-log-sd] PR02 Cannot be Used for Group Condition. Why Not?

Taking a hint from Rafael Zaragatzky's post, I have got an answer to my question. Please comment on it.

The basic question is -
Scale type D cannot be used for group condition X
Message no. VT622

or
Why for PR02 group condition functionality can NOT be used?

Answer -
Group conditionality as setup by SAP is OPPOSITE in "principle" to PR02, Interval price condition type.

1)
Group condition e.g.
In sales order
line#10 - M1 - 10EA
line#20 - M2 - 15EA

condition record
from 15EA - 10Euros / EA
from 20EA - 8Euros / EA

thus here because of group functionality, the price per EA would be 8Euros.
Thus -
line#10 - M1, total price 80Euros
line#20 - M2, total price 120Euros
Total = 200

By group functionality company is incentivising the customer to buy more.

2)
In case of Interval pricing, even if customer buys more, part of the EA would be costing him more price.

in condition record -
up to 10EA = 10Euros / EA
up to 20EA = 8Euros / EA
up to 30EA = 6Euros / EA

Thus -
10X10 = 100
10X8 = 80
5X6 = 30
Total = 210Euros

Thus SAP concept of grouping and the rationale behind grouping is NEGATED by Interval pricing. Both logics are opposite to each other

i.e. group functionality = Buy more and it shall be incentivised
Interval pricing = Even if you buy more, there is NO incentivising

& therefore, can NOT coexist in the same condition type.

Also the 210Euros, how shall system divide in to line#10 and line#20?
