I've check with my consultant and found out that many customer master data are missing in our new Org. as we have gone through data migration recently.
Will get the consultant to upload all the missing data and re-run those t-codes suggested by you all.
One thing very true is, my company is one of the few that have a real major modification in SAP modules. This is why many a time when a topic is being discussed even it is relevant to me, I have difficulty catching up as our terms are so different. :D What a bummer.

May I know if there is any T-code that can extract all Customer Master Data for both 'Sold-To-Party' and 'Ship-To-Party'?
I used T-code "/SIE/ASP_FI_MASTER" but it only display those 'Sold-To-Party' customers'.
Please help.
