I think it might be part of the address format in OY01.

How can the field 'Region' be made mandatory for the order entry person to populate during order entry. Going to the field selection for that account group CPD and making the REGIO field mandatory does not make it mandatory during order entry. The field 'City' is mandatory and I am trying to figure out where the settings are maintained for 'CITY' to be mandatory. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
