Hi there:
1) Transaction Code: XD02
2) Enter the customer# and sales org
3) Go to: Extras > Blocking Data
4) Select / check delivery block in the sales area
5) save changes.
It's easy as that! Now each time any sales document is created (e.g., OR, RE, CR, DR, etc.), the order will automatically go on a delivery block. IMPORTANT to remember to go back into the order to remove the delivery block when you are ready to create a delivery.
