Hi,
If the delivery date is NOT the current date then the system does not create a delivery automatically with the sales order (CS).
Because today is Sunday (a holiday); in the factory calendar (of your sales org), the delivery date in your cash sale order is NOT TODAY. Please check this in VA02.
Go to VA02, in line item level, Tab Schedule lines, change delivery date to today, and then save the document. System might then create a delivery document along with the case sale order.

I've created a cash sales order VA01, the document is complete and the order is saved without delivery. I tried the delivery with VA02, the system gives the error message, "sales ogs are different: old new GG01" message no. VL021. I checked the enterprise structure and the assignment is OK. I checked the item category and the copy controls.
How can I resolve this problem? |
