Letter from the Editor: SAP In-Memory Appliance (SAP HANA)
Ever since SAP announced the general availability of SAP HANA, the entire SAP ecosystem has been asking for more information. It's easy to understand why. The vast majority of businesses today use IT systems that will become obsolete with the introduction of SAP HANA. Rarely has a technological innovation come along that has the potential to shatter our assumptions of how to run a business.

Each of the customers who shared their experiences at SAPPHIRE NOW 2011 in Orlando told a different story about SAP HANA. But they were all excited about how SAP HANA is re-shaping what it means to be a best-run business.

It's an exciting, dynamic time to be part of the SAP ecosystem. So I encourage you to read as much as you can about SAP HANA and engage with the community. This is only the beginning!

Best regards,

Dr. Christoph Kollatz
EVP with SAP HANA Team
