[sap-log-sd] Does anyone have or know how to find which Movement Types are included in the S032 table?

I use the S032 table in a couple queries when looking at last Goods Receipt and last Goods Issue. I am not sure which movement types are included for each. I can compare to entries in the MSEG table but is there an easier way to find this information?
