In a third party sale, the schedule line category CS triggers the automatic creation of PR in a sales order. Please check VOV6, schedule line category CS, fields - Order Type, Item category, Account assignment category. As a test case, make a copy of CS and then delete the above values. Assign the schedule line category to your item category. Create a sales order and check if PR is created automatically. Some settings have to be done in MM functionality too e.g. Vendor selection - done in XK01 Source list, Planned delivery time - done in ME11 Purchase info record.
